Shipping and delivery

We offer two shipping options for eligible destinations. Free Standard Shipping has an estimated transit time of 12–18 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping costs USD $15 and has an estimated transit time of 10–15 business days after dispatch. Available options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout for your address.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit estimates begin when the carrier accepts the parcel and do not include order preparation time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, and local conditions can add time. We will provide tracking information when available.

We ship only to destinations enabled at checkout. If a destination or shipping method is unavailable at checkout, we cannot accept that order. Any import duties and taxes not collected during checkout are the buyer’s responsibility and may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. Please check your address carefully before placing an order and contact us promptly through the store contact page if it needs correction.
